Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING IS ON US!!!
All of our products are free shipping.
Processing an order usually takes between 2-7 days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, Please check Junk Mail.
Shipping takes between 2-4 weeks (usually takes 12-20 days).
We try to ship your product as soon as possible.
Since not all of our products are stored in one warehouse you may get multiple packages per order.
Return & Refund Policy
You are eligible for a refund or exchange within of 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be it's original packaging and proof of purchase will be required.

Exchanges (if applicable)
we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund will be given if the item is significantly different than described or shown on our site.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Lost in Transit
We will be happy to send you a replacement in event your order was lost in transit or has not been delivered by the courier. replacements are sent via regular shipping thus items may take up to 20 business days to be delivered.
